- 32 oz piece of salmon
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
- 1 orange, sliced thin
- 1 tbsp Cranberry Citrus
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Spray foil with non-sticking spray or butter and place salmon, skin down, on the prepared foil sheet. Spread butter under salmon evenly. Generously season salmon with Cranberry Citrus seasoning, lightly with salt and black pepper. Place lemon and orange slices with rosemary on salmon. Cover foil.
- Place baking sheet in a cold oven, then turn heat to 400 degrees F. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy.
